Defect
① The mounting bracket assembly and routing of the air pressure gauge hose are incorrect, causing the hose to contact the actuating lever of the clutch master cylinder. Repeated clutch operation damages the hose and, in the worst case, allows air to leak and reduces braking force.
Corrective action
① On all vehicles, reposition the hose mounting bracket to the correct location, replace the hose with a new unit, and add a plastic retaining band.

状況
①空気圧計用ホースの固定金具の組付け及びホース取り廻しが不適切なため、当該ホースがクラッチマスタシリンダの作動レバー部と干渉するものがある。そのため、クラッチ操作を繰り返し行うと、当該ホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、エアが漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、当該ホース固定金具を正規位置に変更したうえで、ホースを新品に交換するとともに、樹脂バンドを追加する。
