Defect
An incorrect mounting bracket was used on the right front wheel brake hose, resulting in improper hose routing. When the vehicle body bounces, the brake hose contacts the drag link. Continued use damages the hose and, in the worst case, allows brake fluid to leak and reduces braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake hose mounting bracket and brake pipe with corrected parts, and replace the brake hose with a new unit.

状況
右前輪のブレーキホースの取付金具に異なったものを使用したため、ホースの取り廻しが不適切となり、車体のバウンド時に当該ブレーキホースがドラックリンクに干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が洩れて、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキホース取付金具、ブレーキパイプを対策品に交換し、ブレーキホースを新品に交換する。
