Defect
Manufacturing process burrs remain around the fuel pump unit mounting area of the fuel tank. Continued use may cause the gasket to crack, allowing fuel to leak from the gasket when the tank is full.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the burrs at the fuel pump unit mounting area of the fuel tank and replace the gasket with a new part.

状況
燃料タンクの燃料ポンプユニットの取付け部周辺に製造過程で生じたバリが残っている ものがあり、そのまま使用を続けると、パッキンに亀裂が発生することがある。そのため 、燃料満タン時に当該パッキンから燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクの燃料ポンプユニットの取付け部バリを修正し、パッキンを新品と交 換する。
