Defect
The check valve mounted on the engine fuel pump is subject to stress from fuel pipe assembly at its threaded joint. When clamping force is insufficient, engine vibration and related forces during pump operation may cause the joint to loosen. As a result, fuel may leak from the check valve mounting point.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, tighten the check valve to the specified torque.

状況
エンジンの燃料ポンプに取付けているチェックバルブ（逆止弁）の締付部に燃料パイプ 組付時の応力が作用するため、締付力に余裕が少ないと燃料ポンプ作動時の振動等により 、ゆるみが発生するものがある。そのため、チェックバルブの取付部から燃料が漏れるお それがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該バルブを規定のトルクで締付ける。
