Defect
In the brake system, some vehicles were filled with brake fluid of incorrect viscosity. At low temperatures, the fluid flows slowly, causing delayed brake engagement and release during braking operations and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
1. On all vehicles, replace the brake fluid with the correct specified brake fluid. 2. On all vehicles, disassemble and inspect the brake disc for damage and replace any damaged components with new parts.

状況
制動装置において、ブレーキ液の粘度が不適切なものがあるため、低温時に、ブレーキ液 の流れが遅くなり、制動操作を行った際にブレーキの効き・戻りに時間がかかり、制動力 が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、ブレーキ液を正規のブレーキ液に交換する。 ②全車両、ブレーキ板を分解点検し損傷状態を確認して、損傷している場合には新品に交 換する。
