Defect
An incorrect combination of hose body and end fitting was assembled into the power steering hydraulic hose. Hydraulic pressure generated during steering operation may cause the end fitting to separate from the hose. This results in hydraulic fluid leaking and loss of steering control.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the steering hose with a corrected part.

状況
かじ取り装置において、パワーステアリング用油圧ホース（ステアリングホース）のホー ス本体と端部金具の組み合わせが不適切なものを組み付けたため、かじ取り操作時の油圧 により当該ホースの端部金具部が離脱することがあり、作動油が漏れてかじ取り操作がで きなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ステアリングホースを対策品と交換する。
