Defect
On articulated vehicles, the bracket that retains the upper center pin at the body articulation joint has insufficient strength. Continued use may cause the bracket to develop cracks. In the worst case, the bracket fractures, the upper center pin separates, and steering control is lost.
Corrective action
Replace the bracket and center pin on all vehicles with the corrected/revised parts.

状況
車体を屈折する方式を採用した車両において、車体屈折部の上部センタピンを保持する部 材(ブラケット)の強度が不足しているため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると当該ブラ ケットに亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、ブラケットが折損して上部センタピンが離脱し、操 舵が困難になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両ブラケット及びセンタピンを対策品と交換する。
