Defect
In the fuel system, the tube support that secures the fuel tube between the supply pump and the fuel rail is improperly shaped, leaving the front fuel tube inadequately secured on some vehicles. Engine vibration generates stress at the base of the front fuel tube. If the vehicle continues to be driven in this condition, a crack may develop at that location, causing a fuel leak.
Corrective action
Replace the fuel tube support, clamp, and front fuel tube on all vehicles with corrected parts.

状況
燃料装置において、サプライポンプとコモンレール間の燃料チューブを固定するチュー ブサポートの形状が不適切なため、前側燃料チューブの固定が不充分なものがあり、原動 機の振動により前側燃料チューブ根元部に応力が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続ける と、当該部に亀裂が発生し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料チューブサポート、クランプ及び前側燃料チューブを対策品に交換する。
