Defect
Due to inadequate work instructions during assembly, the clearance between the head of the wire bundle retention band (cable tie) and the fuel hose is insufficient on some vehicles. Continued use causes the cable tie head to abrade the fuel hose, damaging it. In the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, cut the cable tie head and replace the fuel hose with a new part.

状況
電気装置において、作業指示が不適切なため、電気配線を束ねる固定バンド(インシュロック)の頭部と燃料ホースの隙が狭いものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料ホースに傷が付き、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該インシュロック頭部を切断するとともに、燃料ホースを新品と交換する。
