Defect
On heavy-duty freight vehicles with a rear-front single-axle drive three-axle configuration, the rear rear axle on some vehicles has insufficient strength margin for the operating environment. This may cause a crack to develop in the axle. Continued use allows the crack to propagate and, in the worst case, the axle may fracture.
Corrective action
Confirm the body/equipment specification on all vehicles. On affected vehicles, replace the rear rear axle with a corrected part. In addition, issue operating precautions to vehicle users.

状況
大型貨物車（後前１軸駆動３軸車）の後後軸において、一部の車両で、使用環境に対する強度の余裕が少ないため、当該車軸に亀裂が発生する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、車軸が折損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、架装仕様の確認を行い、対象車両については、後後軸を対策品に交換する。また、車両使用上の注意喚起を行う。
