Defect
On vehicles equipped with refrigeration units, the refrigerant line was secured using the same bolt that retains the fuel pipe. The nut on that bolt may loosen, allowing the fuel pipe to become unsecured and contact the bolt. Continued use allows engine vibration to damage the fuel pipe. As a result, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, relocate the refrigerant line attachment point from the fuel pipe support mounting position to the rear of the intake manifold. Inspect the retaining bolt and fuel pipe; replace any damaged components with new parts.

状況
冷凍装置を備える車両において、冷媒配管を燃料パイプを固定するボルトを利用して固定 したため、当該ボルトのナットが緩んで燃料パイプが固定されなくなって当該ボルトと干 渉し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、原動機の振動により燃料パイプが損傷して燃料 が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、冷媒配管の固定位置を燃料パイプサポート取付け部からインテークマニホールド 後方部に移設するとともに、固定ボルトならびに燃料パイプを点検し、損傷している場合 には新品と交換する。
