Defect
The mounting position of the clamp securing the fuel pipe between the fuel supply pump and the fuel filter, and the installation method of the fuel injection pump bracket, are both incorrect. Continued use in this condition allows engine vibration to generate cracks in the fuel pipe and, in the worst case, cause a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel pipe with a new part, replace the fuel injection pump bracket and mounting bolts with corrected parts, and change the position and shape of the fuel pipe retaining clamp.

状況
燃料装置において、燃料供給ポンプと燃料フィルタ間の燃料パイプの固定クランプの位置 、及び燃料噴射ポンプの取付金具の取付方法が不適切なため、そのままの状態で使用を続 けると、最悪の場合、原動機の振動により、燃料パイプに亀裂が発生し、燃料が漏れるお それがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料パイプを新品に交換するとともに、燃料噴射ポンプの取付金具と取付ボルト を対策品に交換し、燃料パイプの固定クランプの位置及び形状を変更する。
