Defect
The cooling plate of the automatic transmission oil cooler integrated into the engine radiator lower tank has insufficient strength. Continued use causes the cooling plate to crack, allowing automatic transmission fluid to leak into the radiator. This causes the automatic transmission to malfunction and, in the worst case, may render the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the radiator with a corrected part and add an air-cooled oil cooler.

状況
原動機ラジエータのロアタンクに内蔵されている自動変速機用オイルクーラの冷却板の強 度が不足しているため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該冷却板に亀裂が発生し、 自動変速機用オイルがラジエータ内に流出し、自動変速機が作動不良となり、最悪の場合 、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ラジエータを対策品に交換するとともに、空冷オイルクーラを追加する。
