Issue
In the brake system, the diaphragm inside the hydraulic brake booster accumulator was subjected to improper processing during the manufacturing process, leaving some units with insufficient durability. Continued use reduces the nitrogen gas volume inside the accumulator, generating abnormal noise (relief valve operation sound) during pressure buildup. Additionally: (1) brake response may be delayed during hard braking; and (2) if the vehicle has been left standing for an extended period and the brake is applied immediately after engine start, the pedal effort required for brake operation may increase.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the accumulator with a conforming unit.

状況
制動装置において、油圧倍力用蓄圧アキュームレータ内部のダイヤフラムに製造過程の不 適切な処理によって耐久性が不十分なものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ア キュームレータ内の窒素ガス量が減少するため､蓄圧時に異音(リリーフバルブ作動音)が 発生するとともに、①急制動時に、ブレーキの効きが遅れる場合がある。②長時間放置し 、エンジン始動直後にブレーキを始動した場合、ブレーキ操作に必要な踏力が増大するお それがある。
改善措置
全車両、アキュームレータ-を良品と交換する。
