Defect
The fuel hose routing and mounting method inside the engine compartment are improper. Continued operation allows engine vibration to damage the hose, causing a fuel leak. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected fuel hose with a new part and reroute the hose.

状況
原動機室内の燃料ホースの取り回し及び固定方法が不適切なため、そのままの状態で使用 を続けると、原動機の振動により当該ホースが損傷して燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に 至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホースを新品に交換し、ホースの取り回しを変更する。
