Defect
On light-duty trucks fueled by liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the fuel pipe was secured using an incorrect bracket during assembly. This causes the transmission shift rod near the bracket to contact and interfere with the fuel pipe. Continued use damages the fuel pipe and, in the worst case, may cause an LPG fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the fuel pipe mounting bracket. If an incorrect bracket is installed, replace it with the correct part. If the fuel pipe is damaged, replace it with a new one and reposition the pipe bracket mounting hole location and orientation.

状況
液化石油ガス（ＬＰＧ）を燃料とする小型トラックの燃料パイプの固定する際に、誤った金具で装着したため、当該金具付近にある変速機の変速ロッドと燃料パイプが干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、燃料パイプが損傷し、最悪の場合、燃料（ＬＰＧ）が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料パイプの固定金具を点検し、誤品が装着されている場合には正規品に交換する。なお燃料パイプに損傷がある場合は、新品と交換するとともにパイプ固定金具の取付け穴位置及び向きを変更する。
