Defect
The control unit (controller) for the work implement (blade) contains software with an improper program. If the controller wiring develops a poor connection, disconnection, or similar fault, the stowed blade may begin moving unexpectedly. In the worst case, this may cause the vehicle's overall width to exceed 2.5 meters while in motion.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the controller and electrical wiring with corrected parts, and add clamps and a warning lamp.
