Defect
In the brake system, the bracket welds securing the air charge pipe — which supplies air to the air tank — are defective. Vehicle vibration may cause cracks to develop in the pipe. In the worst case, air may leak from the pipe, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the pipe with a conforming part, replace the mounting bracket with a corrected part, and add an additional securing bracket.

状況
制動装置において、エアタンクにエアを供給するパイプ(エアーチャージパイプ)の取付 金具の溶接に不適切なものがあるため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、車体の振動に より、当該パイプに亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、エアが漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれが ある。
改善措置
全車両、当該パイプを良品と交換し、取付金具を対策品と交換するとともに、固定金具を 追加する。
