Defect
During manufacturing of the brake booster, the diaphragm inside the unit was scratched on some units. Continued use may cause the scratch to perforate the diaphragm and, in the worst case, may result in reduced braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake booster with a non-defective unit.

状況
制動倍力装置の製造時に、当該装置内部のダイヤフラムに傷がついたものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると傷が貫通し、最悪の場合、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、制動倍力装置を良品に交換する。
