Defect
The rear axle stabilizer bar (the device that reduces body roll) has an improper shape and mounting configuration. During sharp turns, the stabilizer bar mounting section may contact the inner sidewall of the tire, causing wear and damage to the tire sidewall. In the worst case, the tire may burst.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the stabilizer bar and its mounting hardware (stabilizer bush and retainer) with corrected parts.

状況
後軸緩衝装置のスタビライザ(車体の横揺れを減少させる装置)の形状及び固定に不適切 なものがあるため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、急旋回をした時に、当該スタビラ イザの取付部とタイヤの内側が干渉し、タイヤの側面が摩耗して、損傷するものがあり、 最悪の場合、当該タイヤがバーストするおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、スタビライザ及びその固定金具(スタイビライザブッシュ及びリテーナ)を対策 品と交換する。
