Defect
The vacuum port used to supply brake booster negative pressure is positioned incorrectly, allowing engine combustion byproducts to accumulate inside the supply pipe. Continued use in this condition may, in the worst case, cause braking force to decrease when the brake pedal is applied repeatedly in rapid succession.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake booster vacuum hose with the corrected part. On vehicles whose engine resonator does not have a vacuum port, replace the resonator with one that incorporates a vacuum port. Additionally, install a cap on the engine intake manifold vacuum port.

状況
制動装置において、ブレーキ倍力用負圧の取出し位置が不適切なため、パイプ内部に原動 機の燃焼生成物が付着・堆積し、このままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、ブレー キペダルを短時間に繰り返し操作した際に制度力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキ倍力用負圧ホースを対策品に交換するとともに、原動機のレゾネータに 負圧取り出し口のないものは、負圧取り出し口のあるレゾネータに交換する。また、原動 機のインテークマニホールド負圧取り出し口にキャップを追加する。
