Defect
On front-wheel-drive vehicles, improper assembly procedures during installation of the fuel tank breather hose—used to vent air during refueling—have damaged some hoses. Continued use may allow fuel to leak and, in the worst case, may result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the breather hose with a conforming unit.

状況
前輪駆動車において、燃料タンクのブリーザホース（燃料注入時にエアを抜くためのホー ス）の組付工程が不適切なため、当該ホースを傷つけたものがあり、そのままの状態で使 用を続けると、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブリーザホースを良品と交換する。
