Defect
The fuel tank breather hose — which vents air from the tank during refueling — is made of an unsuitable material. Heat from the exhaust system degrades the hose, causing it to crack. Continued use allows the crack to progress, resulting in a fuel leak. In the worst case, the leaked fuel may ignite, causing a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the breather hose with the corrected part.

状況
燃料タンクのブリーザーホース（給油時に燃料タンク内の空気を逃がすホース）において、当該ホースの材質が不適切なため、排気系の熱影響によりホースが劣化し亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブリーザーホースを対策品と交換する。
