Issue
On aerial work platform vehicles, the outrigger assembly uses an improper wiring routing configuration that allows the covers for the wiring and hydraulic hoses to catch on internal components of the assembly. This causes the wiring and hydraulic hoses running inside the covers to bend and sustain damage, which may result in malfunction of the aerial work platform or hydraulic fluid leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the covers and add clamps in their place. Additionally, replace the wiring and hydraulic hoses with new parts.

状況
高所作業車のアウトリガ装置において、配策構造が不適切なため、配線、油圧ホースのカバーが装置内部で引っ掛かることがある。そのため、カバー内を通る配線、油圧ホースが屈曲して損傷に至り、高所作業装置の作動不良や油漏れが発生するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、カバーを削除してクランプを追加する。また、配線、油圧ホースを新品に交換する。
