Defect
The LED-type reverse lamps installed on refuse collection vehicles and similar trucks have insufficient durability. During service, the internal wiring of the reverse lamp may develop a broken wire/disconnection, causing the lamp to fail prematurely. Loss of reverse lamp illumination means safety cannot be ensured when the vehicle is reversing.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the reverse lamp with the corrected/revised part.

状況
塵芥車等において、装着した後退灯（ＬＥＤ式）の耐久性が不適切なため、使用過程において、後退灯内部の配線が断線することがある。そのため、後退灯が早期に不灯になり、車両後退時の安全が確保できないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後退灯を対策品に交換する。
