Issue
The weld attaching the tilt cylinder mounting bracket on the outer mast assembly is improperly made, resulting in insufficient strength. If cargo handling operations are repeated in this condition, the weld on the bracket may fracture, rendering cargo handling operations impossible.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the outer mast assembly with a conforming unit.

状況
アウターマスト構成品のティルトシリンダー取付けブラケットの溶接が不適切であるため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で、荷役作業を繰り返した場合、当該ブラケットの溶接部が破断し、荷役作業ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アウターマストを良品に交換する。
