状況
アウターマスト構成品のティルトシリンダー取付けブラケットの溶接が不適切であるため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で、荷役作業を繰り返した場合、当該ブラケットの溶接部が破断し、荷役作業ができなくなるおそれがある。
