Defect
On the parking brake, the brake wire assembly and retaining nut are improperly tightened. Repeated parking brake operation during service causes the retaining nut to loosen. Continued use may result in the nut detaching and, in the worst case, the parking brake becoming inoperative.
Corrective action
Replace the parking brake cable and retaining nut on all vehicles with corrected parts.

状況
駐車ブレーキにおいて、ブレーキワイヤの組付け及び固定ナットの締め付けが不適切なため、駐車ブレーキ操作を繰り返し行うと使用過程中に固定ナットが緩む場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、固定ナットが外れ、最悪の場合、駐車ブレーキが作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、駐車ブレーキワイヤおよび固定ナットを対策品に交換する。
