Defect
The weld joints on the overhead guard, a structural component of the electric forklift frame, have insufficient strength due to inadequate design review. 状況
電動式フォークリフトの車枠（フレーム）の構成部品であるヘッドガードの溶接部において、設計検討が不十分なため、強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、当該部位への入力が大きい作業を繰り返し行うと、当該溶接部に亀裂が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると破断に至り、ヘッドガードの部品が脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヘッドガードの当該部品を取り外し、対策品を再溶接する。
