Issue
On vehicles equipped with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, allowing the wheel to slide freely back to the straight-ahead position after a turn may bring the driver's hand into contact with the sharp edge of the core cover on the underside of the steering wheel. This contact may cause a laceration.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, rework the shape of the steering wheel core cover edge.

状況
本革仕様のステアリングホイールにおいて、操舵後に手を緩め、ステアリングホイールを滑らせて直進位置に復元させるような操作を行うと、当該ステアリングホイール裏側にあるコアカバー端部に手が触れ、切創するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、コアカバー端部の形状を修正する。
