状況

乗降口ドアのドアサッシュモールにおいて、乗降等のドア開閉時に当該ドアサッシュモール部に接触すると、モール端部の樹脂製プロテクターの角部または、当該プロテクターが外れ金属製モールの端部により、指等を切創するおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、全席のドアサッシュモールの端部を修正する。
