Issue
During the throttle body inspection process, inadequate instructions for verifying the tightening condition of the throttle adjust screw lock nut have resulted in some lock nuts being left insufficiently tightened. Continued use allows engine vibration during driving to loosen and detach the nut. In the worst case, the throttle adjust screw may move upward, preventing the throttle from returning fully to the closed position and causing engine speed to rise abnormally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the throttle body with a conforming part.

状況
スロットルボデーの検査工程において、スロットルアジャストスクリュのロックナットの締付け状態を確認するための指示が不適切なため、ロックナットが緩んでいるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行中のエンジン振動により当該ナットが脱落し、最悪の場合、スロットルアジャストスクリュが上方に動き、スロットルが完全に戻らずエンジン回転が高くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、スロットルボデーを良品に交換する。
