Issue

The engine control computer contains an incorrect control program. As a result, carbon deposits accumulate in the combustion chamber. Fragments of these deposits can break off and become lodged between the exhaust or intake valve and its seat. This causes insufficient compression, which may result in engine stall immediately before coming to a stop or difficulty starting the engine.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, the engine control computer is replaced with a corrected/revised part.

状況
