Issue
On trucks fitted with a wing body, the hydraulic hoses used to open and close the cargo wing are improperly routed, allowing them to contact the wing body frame during wing operation. Continued use in this condition causes the hydraulic hoses to wear through. In the worst case, hydraulic fluid leaks and the open wing may close unintentionally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install a hydraulic hose guide and reroute the hydraulic hoses. Additionally, inspect the hydraulic hoses and replace any that show signs of wear or damage.

状況
ウイングボディに架装したトラックにおいて、荷台のウイングを開閉するための油圧ホースの配索が不適切なため、ウイングの開閉により油圧ホースがウイングボディの枠に接触するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、油圧ホースが摩耗し、最悪の場合、作動油が漏れ、開いているウイングが意図せず閉まるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、油圧ホースガイドを取付け油圧ホースの配索を変更する。また、油圧ホースを点検し摩耗などがある場合は交換する。
