Defect
On tank trucks, the design torque specification for the hanger bolts connecting the tank to the frame is incorrect, resulting in insufficient axial clamping force in the affected bolts. Driving vibration causes the tank to rock, and continued use places excessive stress on the bolts, which may fracture. In the worst case, vehicle stability during driving may be compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hanger bolts with corrected parts and tighten to the proper torque specification.

状況
タンク車の車枠とタンクを接続するボルト（ハンガーボルト）において、締付けトルクの設計指示が不適切なため、当該ボルトの軸力が不足しているものがある。そのため、走行時の振動によりタンクが揺動し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトに過大の応力がかかり折損し、最悪の場合、走行時の安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ハンガーボルトを対策品に変更し、適切なトルクで締付ける。
