Defect
The refrigeration unit condenser mount bracket installed between the axles on large refrigerated trucks was not adequately designed, and cracks may develop at the fastening section. Driving vibration can cause the crack to propagate until the bracket fractures. In the worst case, the refrigeration unit condenser may detach and fall onto the roadway, creating a hazard for other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the refrigeration unit condenser mount bracket with the corrected/revised part. Note: although the replacement part has sufficient strength, it was prioritized for its urgency; a further recall notice may be filed depending on the results of ongoing verification.

状況
大型冷凍車のホイールベース間に取付けた冷凍機コンデンサ用マウントブラケットにおいて、設計検討が不十分なため、締結部に亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、走行振動などで亀裂が進行し、冷凍機コンデンサ用マウントブラケットが破断し、最悪の場合、冷凍機コンデンサが脱落し、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、冷凍機コンデンサ用マウントブラケットを対策品に交換する。なお、今回の措置については十分な強度をもっているものの、緊急性を優先したため、今後の検証次第では、再度届出をおこなう場合もある。
