Issue
The bearing supporting the rear-wheel drive sprocket was assembled without grease on some units. Continued use without lubrication causes abnormal noise from the bearing. In the worst case, the bearing may seize and lock up, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the bearing assembly with a conforming unit.

状況
後輪を駆動するスプロケットを支えるベアリングにグリースが封入されていないものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ベアリングの潤滑ができないため異音が発生し、最悪の場合、ベアリングが破損して固着し、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ベアリング一式を良品に交換する。
