Issue
Due to improper manufacturing during the pre-plating treatment process, plating solution residue remains between the plating layer and the resin on the interior door handles. Continued use allows the residual solution to dissolve and detach the resin, causing the plating to peel away. In the worst case, the peeled material may cut or injure an occupant's fingers when operating the door handle.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the complete set of interior door handles with corrected parts.

状況
乗車装置の室内側ドアハンドルにおいて、メッキ前処理工程での製造が不適切なため、 メッキ層と樹脂の間にメッキ処理液が残留したものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続け ると、残留した処理液が樹脂を溶解し剥離させてメッキが剥がれ、最悪の場合、ドアハン ドル操作時に指を負傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、全ての室内側ドアハンドル一式を良品と交換する。
