Issue
The retainer—the component inside the automatic transmission that maintains hydraulic pressure for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear clutches—was manufactured with a machining defect. Continued use causes slight wear at the contact surface between the retainer and the oil seal, which may temporarily reduce hydraulic pressure. When this occurs, gear shifts produce excessive shock or acceleration performance decreases.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the automatic transmission with a non-defective unit.

状況
自動変速機の内部にある1、2、3速で作動するクラッチの油圧を保持する部位(リテ ーナ)に加工不良のものがあるため、このままの状態で使用を続けると、当該リテーナが オイルシーリングとの接触面においてわずかに磨耗し、一時的に油圧が低下することがあ り、この場合、変速時のショックが大きくなる。あるいは、加速性が低下する。
改善措置
全車両、当該自動変速機を良品と交換する。
