Defect
In the headlights, the wiring routed between circuit boards is improperly arranged, allowing it to contact surrounding components. Driving vibration can break the conductor wire at its board connection point, causing the headlight to flicker and, in the worst case, fail to illuminate entirely.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the headlight assembly with the corrected/revised part. Note: Because parts procurement requires additional time, owners will be notified of the defect now and contacted again once parts are available.

状況
前照灯において、回路基板間を接続する配線の配索が不適切なため、当該配線が周辺部品と干渉しているものがある。そのため、走行中の振動により基板へ接続している芯線が断線して前照灯がちらつき、最悪の場合、前照灯が不灯となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前照灯を対策品と交換する。なお、部品の準備に時間を要することから、不具合内容を周知し、準備でき次第、改めて連絡する。
