Defect
The clamp securing the starter wiring for the engine is oriented incorrectly. Engine vibration and other forces may damage the wiring. Continued operation can cause a short circuit in the wiring, which may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the clamp orientation. Replace any incorrectly oriented clamp with a new part and reposition it correctly. Repair any wiring insulation found to be damaged.

状況
原動機のスタータ用電気配線のクランプの向きが不適切なため、原動機の振動等により当該電気配線が損傷することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該配線が短絡し、発火するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、クランプの向きを点検し、不適切なものは、クランプを新品に交換するとともに向きを適切にする。また、配線被覆に損傷のあるものは、補修する。
