Defect
The front axle beam and suspension bracket are improperly matched. When the vehicle passes over uneven road surfaces, high stress concentrates at the edge of the suspension bracket mounting face on the axle beam. Continued use causes a crack to develop in the axle beam and, in the worst case, may result in loss of driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the front axle beam and suspension bracket with correctly matched new parts.

状況
前軸アクスルビームとサスペンションブラケットの組合せが不適切なため、段差のある路 面を通過する時等に当該アクスルビームのサスペンションブラケット取付け面端部に高い 応力が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該アクスルビームに 亀裂が発生し、最悪の場合、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前軸アクスルビーム及びサスペンションブラケットを適切な組み合わせの新品と 交換する。
