Defect
The main harness routed between the cab and the vehicle frame is improperly routed, causing it to contact the cab-tilt torsion bar. Continued use allows driving vibration to damage the harness. In the worst case, the harness may develop a broken wire or short circuit, resulting in lighting failure, wiper inoperability, or the inability to restart the engine.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a securing bracket to the main harness. If the harness shows damage, repair it.

状況
キャブと車枠間のメインハーネスの取り回しが不適切なため、当該ハーネスとキャブティルト用トーションバーが接触しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行時の振動により当該ハーネスが損傷して、最悪の場合、断線又は短絡し、灯火器の不灯、窓拭き器の不作動及びエンジンの再始動ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、メインハーネスに固定用ブラケットを追加する。なお、当該ハーネスに損傷がある場合は、補修する。
