Defect
The alternator electrical wiring in the engine compartment was improperly secured, leaving a gap between the wiring and its retaining clamp on some units. Continued use allows engine vibration to damage the wiring. In the worst case, this may result in a charging system failure.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected electrical wiring with new parts and replace the retaining clamp with the corrected part.

状況
原動機のオルタネータ用電気配線の固定方法が不適切なため、当該電気配線と固定用クランプに隙間が発生しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、原動機の振動等により当該電気配線が損傷し、最悪の場合、充電不良となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該電気配線を新品と交換するとともに、固定用クランプを対策品と交換する。
