Defect
On the rear-rear axle of certain heavy-duty freight vehicles configured as three-axle, single rear-drive-axle units, the axle has insufficient strength margin for its operating environment, and cracks may develop. Continued use without correction allows the crack to propagate. In the worst case, the axle may fracture.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, confirm the body/equipment specification and, on affected vehicles, replace the rear-rear axle with a corrected part. Additionally, issue operating precaution guidance to vehicle users.

状況
大型貨物車（後前１軸駆動３軸車）の後後軸において、一部の車両で、使用環境に対する強度の余裕が少ないため、当該車軸に亀裂が発生する場合がある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、車軸が折損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、架装仕様の確認を行い、対象車両については、後後軸を対策品に交換する。また、車両使用上の注意喚起を行う。
