Defect
The engine control wiring routed inside the engine compartment was improperly routed. During engine movement at vehicle launch or acceleration, the metal clip tab on the heater hose may cut through the wiring insulation, causing a short circuit. The resulting fuse failure may cause the engine to stall and be unable to restart.
Corrective action
All vehicles: reroute the affected wiring and secure it with retaining clips. Any wiring found to be damaged is to be repaired or replaced with new parts depending on the extent of the damage.

状況
電気装置において、原動機室内の原動機制御用電気配線の取り回しが不適切なため、発 進時等の原動機の揺動によりヒーターホースの金属クリップタブ(つまみ部)が配線の被 覆を破り回路が短絡することがあり、ヒューズが溶断して原動機が停止し、再始動ができ なくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該電気配線の取り回しを変更し、止め金具を用いて固定する。 当該配線が損傷しているものは損傷状況に応じて修理もしくは新品と交換する。
