Defect
The non-woven PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material used in the sun visor has not been treated with a flame retardant. As a result, the material burns at a rate faster than the limit prescribed by the Safety Standards during combustion testing and does not conform to those Safety Standards.
Corrective action
All vehicles: replace all sun visors with corrected parts.

状況
サンバイザーに使用されている不織布ＰＶＣ（ポリ塩化ビニル）表皮において、表皮への難燃性の付与がされていないため、燃焼試験時に基準に定められているよりも速い速度で延焼し、保安基準に適合していない。
改善措置
全車両、全てのサンバイザーを対策部品に交換する。
