Defect
On the ACM (Aftertreatment system Control Module) bracket mounted to the muffler, insufficient design consideration allows the mounting nuts to loosen. Continued use in this condition may cause the bracket to separate from the muffler, damaging the ACM harness and preventing the engine from restarting. In the worst case, the ACM may fall onto the road surface together with the bracket.
Corrective action
All vehicles: replace the ACM bracket mounting nuts with corrected parts and add spring washers, then retorque to specification. If the ACM bracket mounting holes show enlargement, cracks, or rust, replace the ACM bracket with a new unit.

状況
マフラーに装着されているＡＣＭ（Ａｆｔｅｒ ｔｒｅａｔｍｅｎｔ ｓｙｓｔｅｍ Ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ Ｍｏｄｕｌｅ）ブラケットにおいて、設計検討が不十分なため、取付用ナットに緩みが生じることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると当該部品がマフラーから外れＡＣＭハーネスが損傷してエンジンが再始動できなくなり、最悪の場合、ＡＣＭがブラケットごと路面へ脱落するおそれがある。（ＡＣＭ：排気後処理装置制御端末）
改善措置
全車両、ＡＣＭブラケットの取付用ナットを対策品に交換し、スプリングワッシャーを追加して締め付ける。また、ＡＣＭブラケットの取付穴に拡大や亀裂、発錆が認められたものは、ＡＣＭブラケットを新品に交換する。
