Defect
On the left rear mount bracket of the 6R30-type engine, inappropriate manufacturing instructions resulted in some units being assembled with an incorrect mount bolt at the uppermost position. Continued use may cause the mount bolt to loosen and fall off, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the flywheel housing serial number. If the uppermost mount bolt securing the engine left rear mount bracket is determined to be an incorrect part, replace that bolt with the correct part.

状況
６Ｒ３０型エンジンの左後側マウントブラケットにおいて、製造指示が不適切なため、誤品のマウントボルトを最上部に組付けたものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該マウントボルトが緩んで脱落し他の交通の安全に影響を及ぼすおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フライホイールハウジングの製造番号を点検し、エンジン左後側マウントブラケットを取付けている最上部のマウントボルトが誤品であると判断された場合は、当該ボルトを正規品に交換する。
