Defect
On rear seat leg assemblies, insufficient management of welding equipment has resulted in some mounting brackets being welded with insufficient strength. During use, the welds may separate, causing loosening. In the worst case, the seat may fail to protect occupants in a collision.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear seat leg assembly with a conforming part.

状況
後席シート脚部において、溶接設備の管理が不十分なため、取付ブラケットの溶接強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、使用過程で当該溶接がはがれてガタが生じ、最悪の場合、衝突時に乗員を保護できないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後席シート脚部を良品に交換する。
