Defect
(1) In the automatic transmission, insufficient consideration was given to the multi-plate clutch disc geometry and the drive transfer control logic. As a result, the clutch may fail to disengage when the transmission is shifted to the neutral range. Drive force continues to be transmitted, and the vehicle may begin to move if the brake pedal is not depressed. (2) In the panoramic view monitor, an incorrect control program may prevent the camera image from displaying, making it impossible to confirm the area around the vehicle. This may cause the vehicle to fail to conform to Safety Standards Article 44 (standards for rear-view mirrors and equivalent devices).
Corrective action
(1) On all vehicles, reprogram the transmission control computer to the corrected specification. (2) On all vehicles, reprogram the panoramic view monitor control computer to the corrected specification.

状況
（１）自動変速機（トランスミッション）において、多板クラッチのディスク形状および駆動伝達に関する制御の検討が不十分なため、ニュートラルレンジにシフトした際にクラッチが切り離されないものがある。そのため、駆動力が伝達され、ブレーキペダルが踏まれていないと車両が動き出すおそれがある。（２）パノラミックビューモニターにおいて、制御プログラムが不適切なため、カメラ映像が映らず、車両周辺が確認できないことがある。そのため、保安基準第４４条（後写鏡等の基準）に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、トランスミッション用制御コンピュータのプログラムを対策仕様に修正する。（２）全車両、パノラミックビューモニター用制御コンピュータのプログラムを対策仕様に修正する。
